Are you a proactive and practical Customer Service Executive? Do you have fantastic admin skills and a track record of providing outstanding customer service with a positive and optimistic attitude to boot?

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability and the capacity to learn quickly. You will work with clients from point of contract activation through to renewal, continually offering advice and working closely with internal departments to achieve the optimum for each recruitment campaign.
In addition, you will be advising clients with suggestions, providing solutions on improving responses, as well as providing training on how clients can manage their online accounts. Full training will be giving as well as continual support and guidance in order to ensure that targets and KPIs are met to hit bonus.
In short, this role is a great introduction to the online recruitment industry and has great scope for career progression into a sales role.
