Temporary Contact Centre Advisor


Based in an incredibly busy contact centre you will work within a customer service team, taking inbound calls from customers.

Your role will require you to professionally answer calls deal with queries, processes requests, escalate queries and have the ability to deal with irate customers, providing a solution resolving any problems that they may arise.

You must have had experience of working within a demanding/busy environment, have great customer service skills within an office environment, have the ability to learn processes quickly and be willing to help both customers and the team that you will be based in.

It’s essential that you enjoy phone based work, liaising with people at all levels, taking responsibility and ownership of giving first class customer service, as well as being confident using Outlook, MS Word and other databases on a daily basis.

It is also essential that you have exceptional communication skills over the telephone, have top notch written skills/grammar and that you have a great personality to engage with the customers and the team.
