Faye joined The Maine Group in February 2016 to launch our Maine Charity division! Faye comes to us with nearly 15 years recruitment experience, all of which is in the Not for Profit/Charity sector, so who better to head up Maine Charity for us?!
Faye began her recruitment career working on a temps desk for a specialist Charity recruiter. She remained with this company for 12 years, working her way from Account Exec to Divisional Manager, Director and lastly to Operations Director across all areas of the business including permanent recruitment and executive search. Faye has led many complex recruitment campaigns for both small/medium sized organisations to several of the top 10 charities, developing and nurturing many key relationships that still exist today.
From here (after taking a short break to become a mummy for the second time) Faye took an interim opportunity as an Operations Manager with another leading Not for Profit and public sector specialist, which led to Faye realising that she missed recruiting!
After meeting with us here at The Maine Group, Faye felt that bringing her charity experience to our world would really work, our values were aligned, the synergy was right, and many of our clients are already in that space, so Maine Charity was born!
Faye is heading up Maine Charity and will be working on all roles within the Charity and Not for Profit sector. We are so excited by the success the division has already had and look forward to seeing its continued growth. The Maine Magic: Faye absolutely loves Elephants, and has spent time volunteering at an Elephant sanctuary in Thailand!
