Tenant Call Handler
An on-going opportunity to work as part of a busy team in a call centre type environment, for an award winning Housing Association in London.
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from tenants, dealing with enquiries, booking repairs and contractors where relevant.
You must have experience working in a call centre type environment previously and be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls. Attention to detail is also very important and the ability to work quickly.
Candidates will need to have excellent telephone manners and communicate clearly.
You will be expected to work the next 4 weeks, possibly longer so please make us aware of any dates that you will be unavailable.
The role is to start ASAP.
The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm
