Call Handler

Are you immediately available for a 12 week (possibly longer!) Call Handling position working for an award-winning Housing Association based in London?

You will be working with a dynamic team of customer service agents, in a lovely office based in London.

You will be responsible for handling in-coming calls from tenants, liaising with contractors to book repairs and responding to general customer enquiries via email.

If you are somebody who is a natural at providing excellent customer service, enjoy talking and helping people and have great written communications skills then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Overtime is available if you would like to work extra shifts in the evenings and weekends.

This is such a great way to earn extra money coming up to Christmas!
