Fundraising Administrator

Hybrid working (required to be in the office 4 times a month)

Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support for the fundraising team
- Coordination of meetings for various groups
- To be an alternative point of contact for fundraising team enquiries
- Monitor the general email inbox and voicemail and distribute enquires to the relevant person(s)
- Support team leads with general administration when requested, including biographies and letters
- Provide support to donors as and when is required
- Support the team in the run up to events and at events
- Liaising with guests in the run up to events to deal with any enquiries they may have
- Supporting at events to ensure that the event runs smoothly
- Support with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce for the fundraising team
- Provide account management support to the Head of Partnerships
- Ensuring all processes are fully compliant with fundraising regulations
