Temporary – Finance Support / Payments Reconciliation Analyst
£23.50 per hour
4 – 6 weeks requirement
London – hybrid working

• Morning settlement reconciliation process using data received from our processing partner Fiserv, along with data from Mastercard.
• Afternoon settlement process with Mastercard processing for newer clients.
• Generating and creating reports, data for use in the daily, weekly, monthly processes.
• Providing London Mutual a daily report so payments can be made directly to Mastercard.
• Daily setting up payments to Mastercard for each ICA and transaction type domestic, regional and international.
• Providing clients values for what should be in the prefunding accounts and moving funds from prefunding accounts into operating accounts.
• Ensuring cash management from various accounts, understanding account limits, thresholds and working within those boundaries.
• Paying suppliers/expenses weekly and supporting the AP run process, payments and queries.
• Any other duties not listed above that are needed to run the business.
