Temp Executive Assistant

I have a truly incredibly unique temp 2 month opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the vibrant team within a Film Production company – an incredibly creative company based in Soho!
This role is for an experienced Executive Assistant, someone with a can-do attitude and vibrant personality. You will be supporting the company CEO and one other in a predominantly business capacity – booking travel, preparing meetings and transcribing audios from meetings, as well as ad hoc personal support. You will be working alongside the CEO to ensure the seamless running of day to day operations within the office.
For the first week you will shadow the CEO at their home in Gloucester Road before moving to new work space in Soho.
Main responsibilities and duties:
• Diary management
• Inbox management
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Booking travel, accommodation and creating itineraries
• Liaising with external contacts and clients
• Preparation for meetings
• Proof reading contracts
• Adhoc administration
• Organising various internal and external events
• Slight book keeping
• Manage daily needs of the office

The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent and able to work to tight deadlines – a sense of reliability and discretion are key for this role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are a must. An eye for detail and a degree of flexibility with working hours when CEO is abroad. This is a 30hr week role based on a £45k salary £25.85ph, Mon to Fri with flexibility around start and end times.
