Researcher - This is such a fantastic opportunity to work for this small but fast growing company based near Farringdon station as a Researcher to join the team, (they will be moving to central London later in the year). The MD is absolutely lovely and really wants someone who can come in and grow the role and make it your own. He’s looking for someone to work with him to deliver end-to-end project work including:- writing job descriptions, developing search strategies & targeting companies, researching companies, approaching candidates-screening calls, attending interviews & client meetings, writing candidate reports, supporting with drafting business proposals, support on business development & marketing plans and more. The role of Researcher would suit perhaps a second jobber, someone who is keen to join a growing business, to learn and evolve and languages are a definite bonus! The MD is happy to train the right person but the fit is crucial! He wants someone with a great attitude, hungry to learn, energetic, confident, well spoken and detailed & thorough in their approach. You will work in the office 4 days and one from home but there is flexibility in time. Hours are 9-5.30 and there’s huge potential to grow/progress. Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 plus a fantastic, very generous bonus, pension and 25 days holiday
