Team Coordinator

Job Title: Team Coordinator - TEMP ROLE ASAP start for 6 weeks with possible extension
Salary: £32,000
Location: Hybrid with office based in Blackfriars

37.5 hours per week with the Core office hours being 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant support:

Provide support to the Assistant Director of Research to include diary management, effective liaison with colleagues and external organisations and individuals, completing expense claims, booking travel and providing administrative support as needed
Prepare background information for planning and scheduling meetings

Research Team Coordination:

Set up and manage regular research team meetings, including forward planning of the agenda items and timely production of the agenda and papers
Taking actions and coordinating responsibilities for actions amongst the team
Arrange research team inductions for new staff including supporting materials and assisting with the creation of team presentations as needed
Identify and act on opportunities for proactive communications for team activity, including maintaining the team page on the staff intranet ('the hub’), ensuring that the documents and team information are kept up to date
Assist with the processing of invoices and expense claims
Undertake ad hoc research to support team activity, such as web-based searches for conferences for the team to contribute to or sourcing venues for team meetings or events
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support the work of the team

You will be a great team player, have attention to detail, strong administrative skills, with excellent diary management skills and ready to be the Team's "Meeting Planner" then please apply!
