£17.12 per hour
3 – 7 months

Working for a highly recognised charity as PA to Directors, the post of PA is a busy, externally facing role as well as being a key support role in the organisation, providing support to three Directors including dealing with customers, arranging meetings, diary management, travel arrangements, mailbox review and some team support. This is a pivotal role within the team and gives the role holder a strong grasp of the processes and activities of the organisation

This organisation is looking for a bright, astute individual, to hit the ground running in providing support to directors – acting as their right-hand in managing their inboxes, diaries and time, ensuring they are prepped and supported to deliver in a very busy, fast-paced setting. You will need to be happy get stuck in, be detail orientated and always willing to help.

Experience required:
- Proven administrative experience within a busy office environment
- Experience in providing a high level of customer service
- Experienced in providing effective personal administrative support to senior level
- Proven organisational skills and methodical approach to work and ability to juggle competing priorities to tight daily deadlines
- A flexible approach to work and proven ability to work on own initiative
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Ability to display discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Ability to operate effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
