Conference Organiser

A popular health charity is seeking a Conference Organiser to join their team on a maternity cover basis for 12 months. Working with the Senior Conference Manager you will assist in project managing a range of high quality events with a focus on a flagship annual professional conference.

As Conference Organiser:
• You will manage the conference programme
• Lead on relationship management of the professional conference organizing committee
• Liaise with and support conference speakers
• Oversee the marketing plan

Skills and knowledge required:
• Previous events/conference experience
• Experience of providing excellent customer services to event participants/speakers/suppliers
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office and have event management system experience or CRM experience
• Experience of developing promotional marketing and event information materials both print and digital
