Personal Assitant

Our client is a small management consultancy looking to recruit a permanent PA to support its 4 Partners.
The company offers Hybrid working - 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home. Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Duties will include:

* Working with the company’s 4 Partners and the Operations Manager to provide support across a wide range of client
projects
* Complex diary management for all 4 Partners, booking internal and external meetings, MS Teams and Zoom calls
scheduling across time zones
* Booking travel arrangements
* Producing PowerPoint presentations
* Producing reports in Word and Excel
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
* Managing highly confidential correspondence
* Processing expenses
* Screening phone calls
* Meeting and greeting clients in reception
* Using Excel to track and monitor invoices and inputting information into the company’s invoicing system

Salary is £30,000 - £33,000 + fantastic benefits package and discretionary bonus.

The successful candidate for this role will:

* Have previous PA or Team Assistant/Administrator or Office Coordinator experience
* Have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
* Have the ability to prioritise workloads and to work independently and proactively
* Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
* Strong attention to detail
* Good MS Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
