Candidate Resourcer

The Maine Group is a highly experienced recruitment specialist based near Piccadilly Circus (London). Due to continued success, even during these challenging times, we are delighted to be growing our team.

We are looking for a Candidate Resourcer, to drive our candidate attraction and support our consultants with a range of wonderful opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include;

Souring, registering, keeping in contact with and providing an efficient service to candidates.
Effectively using a mixture of job board
Using social media to source suitable candidates including being active in relevant groups and issuing thought pieces.
Writing attractive and effective adverts and placing across a range of channels
Filtering advert responses ensuring every application is reviewed.
Calling and holding detailed telephone interviews with candidates that appear suitable.
Registering suitable candidates
We are looking for engaging, professional and driven candidates. Ideally with some recruitment experience, but will equally consider candidates with similar background experience, strong customer services, excellent administration and a thirst for learning!
