We are looking for a bright and sparky individual who is eager to learn and hit the ground running, to assist the super busy consultants with all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will have the chance to develop your career and grow as an individual in a high challenge high support environment.
We are looking for someone who’s very dynamic and enthusiastic and who loves working in a super fast-paced environment, high pressure environment.
You will be supporting consultants with all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including:
• Planning and executing candidate attraction strategies including advertising, promotional activities and exploiting all existing resources within the organisation to fill vacancies.
• Registering and keeping in contact with candidates
• Vetting candidates through a full telephone interview
• Booking candidates in with consultants depending on their needs
• Ensuring all candidate information is formatted, up to date and maintained on the database
• Creating a detailed candidate profile with full write up and keywords added onto the database on the day of registration
• Completing all relevant office administration in line with company procedures
