Our client a unique and inspiring foundation is looking for an administrator to support their small but highly driven team.
- Support the CEO with diary management, travel and itineraries
- Take minutes at team meetings
- Support the Finance Director with duties such as loading invoices, payroll runs and expenses
- Assist with board papers
- Support the Head of HR with duties such as organising interviews, putting together packs and updating information
- General office support
