Do you have experience with managing a CRM system that includes the use of excel and SQL at an advanced level? Have you managed your own team and now looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Database Manager to join a Children’s charity, bringing your experience of strong communication and relationship building skills to liaise with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. You will have a high level of attention to detail and enjoy following processes.

The role will be to have an active part in the Finance and Administration team which contributes to team meetings, strategy, and day to day running of the organisation. Working closing with the Database Administrator Assistant to ensure the donor database is maintained, updated, accurate and can report financial information.

Duties:

• Manage the processing of all donations; cash, credit cards, cheques, CAF vouchers, direct debit.
• Manage data entry of all the donations onto the database, recording information meticulously
• Manage the processing of Gift Aid declaration forms
• Liaise with Finance Officer, Fundraising staff and House staff
• Ensure the donor database and the financial accounting system, SAGE reconcile with each other.
• Plan and undertake maintenance upgrades
• Develop protocols for processing

Experience:

• Managing a CRM system
• Excel and SQL at an advanced level
• Line managing or supervising exposure
• Ability to communication clearly and work to deadlines
• Able to work part of a team and lead/manage a small team
