Temporary role 6 - 8 weeks initially - opportunity to go permanent
£18.98 - £19.63 per hour

A leading body in the UK is currently a temporary Event Marketing Officer to encourage, measure, manage and develop member event engagement nationally

Key duties
- Supporting the delivery of a national programme of events and digital engagement
- Uploading and updating events on the Cvent platform
- Building marketing emails and disseminating them for promotion of events, including social media posts on LinkedIn and Twitter and other appropriate areas
- Supporting the management member data in CRM
- Using Click Dimensions
- Updating and maintaining the websites with event information
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns

To apply you should have the following skills and experience:
• Experienced in marketing, ideally events or services
• Be a highly skilled CRM user
- Experienced in using mail marketing tools / platforms (Mailchimp / dotdigital / Click Dimensions)
• Be competent in MS Office Packages / InDesign (or similar)
• Have the ability to use customer engagement platforms, e.g. Cvent/event registration platforms/Click Dimensions
• Have the ability to use office IT systems, e.g. CRM, Office 365 etc
