TITLE:  Clinical Account Manager
LOCATION:  Central London in amazing offices!
SALARY:  £30,000 – 33,000 + Fantastic benefits including free yoga and breakfast!

They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support their strategic liaisons working closely with Clinical Operations Director. You will be liaising with healthcare professionals on a daily basis including GP’s and Nurses.

What will you be doing?

Build and retain a network of clinical staff, (Nurses, GP's & Specialist Consultants)
Manage 200 GP accounts- you will plan ahead to double the accounts
Deliver the strategy of optimising GP utilisation
Train and be the operational lead for Liaison team
Monitor team KPIs, performance and satisfaction
Implement quality and control policies and procedures
Do you have what it takes?

Successful experience as an Account Manager or Recruitment Manager
Must have leadership skills
A background in healthcare would be a bonus
Using NHS patient’s systems
Good customer service experience including problem resolution
Analytical mind and interest in forecast models
Managed standard operating manual/processes
Ability to work with a diverse range of people and develop great relationships
Able to work under pressure and prioritise whilst delivering quality work 

DESIRABLE:

- Degree educated
- Diary & Scheduling experience
