Title: Temp to Perm | Executive Team Assistant
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus excellent benefits
Reporting to: Senior Partner
Location: Mayfair

Join a dynamic Asset Manager based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair. As the Team Assistant, you will be providing support to 1 Senior Partner and the rest of the Corporate Finance team.

In this busy Team Assistant role, there will be extensive diary management and complicated travel arrangements.

You will be joining a dynamic organization offering a challenging and rewarding working environment – candidates will therefore need to demonstrate a flexible attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced business setting;

Main duties and responsibilities

Conducting extensive diary management, to include scheduling internal/ external meetings, calls and conferences, and sending Outlook calendar invitations to participants.
Arranging and facilitating internal/external meetings and conferences
Pro-actively managing calls and inboxes, including ensuring detailed communications are accurately recorded and/or passed on.
Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements, booking travel online and providing detailed itineraries ahead of business-related travel.
Arranging client relationship events, including restaurant bookings and confirming attendees.
Conducting general office administration, including processing and reconciling expenses claims and invoices, copying, scanning and faxing.
Producing and amending confidential documentation as requested.
Providing ad-hoc personal support, including limited support for personal travel as requested.
Providing support to/ cover for other Team Assistants (including telephone cover) when required, and ensuring that any such cover arrangements are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Experience and attributes

Experience in a similar role as PA/Team Assistant
The ability to multi-task with a busy and varied workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
You will be comfortable handling confidential/personal information and possess the aptitude to use appropriate discretion at all times
Use initiative in order to pro-actively assist the team above and beyond delegated tasks
Strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and extensive experience using database systems
Enthusiasm, proactive, hardworking and a positive attitude are a must

Please note this is a Temp to Perm role and you will ideally be available immediately or on a short notice period.
