HR Advisor - Charity - Maine Charity
Maine Charity is proud to be partnering with a passionate and ambitious international development charity to recruit a HR Advisor for a fixed term contract.
You will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver proactive, customer focused advice and guidance on the full range of Human Resources services. Your day will be varied and will require you to support the development and delivery of a people strategy and ensure that the Learning and Development programme supports key objectives and unlocks the power of a talented workforce.
There will also be an emphasis on managing monthly payroll and line management responsibilities of a HR Assistant.
The role will require you to be CIPD qualified and have previous experience working as a HR Advisor, working across the full range of HR services including Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, Employee Engagement and Disciplinary procedures.
