Finance and Office Manager

Would you like to work by the river in the stunning Putney Bridge area in a role where there is a certain degree of flexibility in regards to hours and days worked?

Exciting opportunity has become available to work for a company which provides technology solutions in to the rail and infrastructure industry. With a diverse and growing client base they are in need of a Finance and Office Manager who can implement finance systems, support the sales process and lead the administrative function. The ideal candidate will be part qualified towards their accountancy qualifications.

Your initial remit will be to assess the system requirements for the internal finance and accounting function and implement accordingly. Other duties will include management of client invoicing, ensuring payments have been received and other sales support activities. As well as this you will be dealing with incoming phone calls, liaising with clients, being the point of contact for the landlord, all facilities, ordering supplies and ensuring the smooth running of the administrative function in the office.
