Our client, a London based private-hire company, requires a HR advisor. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will assist in the running of the HR department and support the business needs.
HR Advisor duties will include:
To provide HR advice and support on Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability, TUPE, Redundancy, Employment legislation, HR best practice and contractual issues.
Case Management of ER Issues.
Evaluate HR processes and contribute to policy review and development.
Coaching and development of people management community.
To support/deliver development workshops in areas of HR best practice.
To support the HR Business Partner/HR Manager in delivering HR Projects and Initiatives.
To support the wider HR team when required.
HR Advisor experience:
Experience of providing first line support and guidance to people managers.
Demonstrable experience of working in an advisory role within a busy HR department.
Good generalist background with knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Experience of adhering to compliance requirements and carrying out audit/review of HR processes.
Experience of working with HR systems.
