Senior Property manager

A forward thinking, property business based in Essex are looking for an experienced property manager to join their dynamic and driven team in their slick offices

You will be someone who has extensive knowledge of property management and at least 2+ years’ experience within a property manager position, used to dealing with a large portfolio of properties and is knowledgeable about legislations and understanding of the new reform for Section 21’s very important. You will have good communication and typing skills and be someone who is able to work on your own initiative

You will be a driven and dynamic individual who will always go above and beyond, is organised and a natural multi tasker.

Some of your duties will include:

• Dealing with repair and maintenance issues • Booking inspections for properties and check outs with outsource inventory companies. Sending reports to tenants and landlords • Booking gas, electric and EPC certificates • Contacting utility companies • Organising move in and move out of tenants • Organising cleaning companies • Administration duties
