Office Administrator

Office Administrator – hybrid Up to £40,000 plus lovely benefits

We have an urgent requirement for an Office Administrator to support a busy office in this very successful advisory business. You will work closely with the lovely Office Manager where the role will be varied and include - but not limited to : diary management for the Managing Director; general administration - filing, copying, scanning; organising meetings; travel arrangements; restaurant bookings; emails; running errands; reception duties - answering the telephone and welcoming clients ensuring they are looked after as well as other ad hoc duties ensuring the office is run smoothly and professionally at all times. It will therefore be critical that the successful candidate has great attention to detail and must be able to be ‘one step ahead at all times’. You will have a calm, pleasant and unflappable manner and ‘muck in’ with the rest of the team when required.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a positive and beautifully presented Office Administrator with excellent MS Office skills, great attention to detail and bags of energy who wants to be part of a great company.
