Executive Assistant

EA - Hybrid – City - up to £45,000

We have an urgent requirement for a multi-talented, high energy and detail conscious EA to work for an incredibly exciting AI start-up in Farringdon. You will be supporting the CEO and other Co-founders - a great, busy team of bright, entrepreneurial professionals, getting fully involved in the business.

As the Ambassador and right hand, you will be the first point of contact for the founders, employees and clients. This role will be varied and include - but not limited to diary management, general administration, office and project management, organise meetings and complex travel arrangements, expenses, organising exciting events and offsites, support HR operations with on and offboarding, generating reports and presentations as well as other ad hoc duties. It will therefore be critical that the successful EA has great attention to detail, used to a fast-paced environment and must be able to be always one step ahead - a pivotal role in the company where you will be able to grow and develop. You will have a calm, pleasant and unflappable manner and ‘muck in’ with the rest of the team when required ensuring the office runs like clockwork.

Our client is looking for a well-educated go-getter; someone who is bright, highly organised, energetic, initiative-taking, and hands-on. Impeccable presentation, great people skills and time management with excellent IT skills.
