We are currently recruiting for a Direct Marketing Manager for a national social welfare charity.
As Direct Marketing Manager you will be responsible for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns. The team are currently looking at new ways of working to attract and retain new donors and are looking for someone who is data savvy and data driven to support the development of this team.
• Manage and deliver the Individual Giving programme of cash appeals and regular giving campaigns, using
various channels including direct mail, Face to Face, email, online, social media, door drops.
• Writing briefs and content, maintaining consistency of tone of voice, key messages to appropriate audiences
across all communications.
• Work with data team for accuracy of selections and segmentation, mapping out Supporter Journeys for Cash and
Regular Givers, Face to Face, Mid Value supporters and others.
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers and agencies, ensuring they are briefed in a timely manner to deliver the
programme on time and on budget.
• Meet agreed level of income and expenditure from cash appeals, regular giving and online.
• Data driven; Monitor, evaluate and forecast the performance of each campaign.
• Line management of Individual Giving & Supporter Care Assistant
Previous experience in either commercial or charity sector will be considered. Must have experience of managing end to end campaigns across multiple channels, direct mail, Face to Face, email, online, social media, door drops.
