Part-time Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant

Based in Victoria, with a fantastic office culture, the finance assistant role is best suited for someone who is social, can communicate well when liaising internally and externally; with a can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a reputable university, tech savy especially with Excel and have 1 years experience within the finance world. Have ideally familiarised themselves with Sun Systems and Sharperlight at a previous position and a minimum AAT Level 3 or equivalent.

Key day to day duties and actives will include supporting the financial controller and CFO with physical/digital invoicing, reviewing expenses while utilising Sun Systems but also project work on Sun Systems, analysing charts, month end journals etc. As a Finance Assistant you will be working part-time, 2 days in their office and 1 day remotely, supported by a wonderful team who are happy to help you to develop skills for your career.

Thought this is a part-time position for the first 6 months, a successful finance assistant will be expected to move into a full-time position within 6 months of starting.
