Based in smart offices in the Piccadilly Circus area of the West End, you will be joining a fun, upbeat and sociable boutique finance firm of 50, as a standalone HR Manager.

Great culture in the London office, and the company need a strong, experienced HR Manager who is happy working in a stand alone role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to take full control of the HR function, including recruitment, staff welfare and remuneration, and develop with their own vision. You will have access to support from the Office Manager, and there is scope to grow the team as demand increases.

• Recruitment; assisting with job specs, managing agency relationships, contracts and onboarding.
• Change management, absence management, disciplinary/capability/grievance issues, staff performance / underperformance plans
• Compliance with employment agreements, policies, procedures
• Updating HR systems
• Building on existing operational management capability
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Advise managers and staff on policies and procedures
• Developing staff at all levels within the organisation
• Exit interviews to inform and improve where necessary
• Assisting with payroll (knowledge of Sage an advantage)

Person Specification:
• CIPD— level 5 minimum
• Solid background in HR with general HR experience a must
• Commercial aptitude
• Risk management experience
• Confident with IT and social media savvy
• Experience of payroll highly desirable
