HR Operations Manager

A well-known and fast evolving brand are looking to make a key addition to their HR Team.

This is a Management role for a CIPD qualified HR Professional with strong leadership skills and an interest in HR Operations and HR Projects.

Reporting directly to a charismatic and motivating HR Director you will join this close knit and high performing HR Team to manage a team of HR Administrators and Payroll Administrators, overseeing both functions as well as leading on a wide range of HR Projects and Initiatives.

• Manage a small team of HR Administrators ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all outputs
• Manage a small team of Payroll Administrators with ultimate responsibility for the successful execution of a large and sometimes complex payroll
• Manage all operations for the HR Shared services department, implement processes and procedures to enhance service delivery
• Manage a diverse range of ongoing HR Projects working closely with HR Business Partners, your team and the HR Director

You will either have held a similar role or be an HR Manager with project and management experience looking for a sideways move.

You will be comfortable working in a fast moving and changing environment where the pace is fast, the workload is high volume. You will be comfortable navigating complexity to ensure superior stakeholder experience for all customers. In return you will work within a supportive and high energy team with a friendly and collaborative culture and will be given a good deal of autonomy.
