HR Operations Manager
A well-known and fast evolving brand are looking to make a key addition to their HR Team.
This is a Management role for a CIPD qualified HR Professional with strong leadership skills and an interest in HR Operations and HR Projects.
Reporting directly to a charismatic and motivating HR Director you will join this close knit and high performing HR Team to manage a team of HR Administrators and Payroll Administrators, overseeing both functions as well as leading on a wide range of HR Projects and Initiatives.
• Manage a small team of HR Administrators ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all outputs
• Manage a small team of Payroll Administrators with ultimate responsibility for the successful execution of a large and sometimes complex payroll
• Manage all operations for the HR Shared services department, implement processes and procedures to enhance service delivery
• Manage a diverse range of ongoing HR Projects working closely with HR Business Partners, your team and the HR Director
You will either have held a similar role or be an HR Manager with project and management experience looking for a sideways move.
You will be comfortable working in a fast moving and changing environment where the pace is fast, the workload is high volume. You will be comfortable navigating complexity to ensure superior stakeholder experience for all customers.
