Executive Assistant

Our client is a leading global financial services firm looking to recruit a permanent Executive Assistant.

This role will be based in the office 2 days a week and 3 days working from home. Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Supporting a team of 8 (Head of Department, 2 Principals, 1 Vice Presidents and 4 Juniors) your duties will include:

* Full diary management arranging both internal and external meetings, MS Teams and Zoom calls across time zones
* Arranging international travel including booking flights, hotels, transfers, arranging any necessary PCR tests before
travel, producing comprehensive travel itineraries and arranging visas for travel
* Proactively screening phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the team
* Liaising with clients, their Assistants, senior management and Board members
* Organise events as and when required including dinners and lunches
* Editing PowerPoint presentations
* General administration duties including typing, photocopying, binding
* Handling confidential information
* Covering the other EAs during annual leave or sickness
* Ad hoc project and/or research work from the team

Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 pro rata + fantastic benefits package.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

* Have previously worked as an EA or PA supporting more than one individual
* Ideally have worked in financial or professional services
* Have experience of booking global travel arrangements and be aware of current COVID-19 travel restrictions
* Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
* Have previously worked in a fast paced and busy environment
* Be a great team player, with a flexible, “Can Do” positive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Be calm under pressure
* Able to work on own initiative
* Good MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
