Customer Services Executive

Our client a pioneering Swedish brand, is looking for a hardworking, motivated, and personable Customer Services Executive to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Answering the phones
Sending quotations by emails
Processing customers’ orders and placing purchase orders
Checking stock / reservations
Raising VAT Invoices
Monitoring deliveries within the UK
Updating Order Processing & CRM database
Holiday Cover for Showroom / Sales Support
Assisting the Customer Services Manager with adhoc tasks as required

To apply you should have/be:

An enthusiastic, well presented, and trustworthy person who takes pride in their work and has an excellent eye for detail in their written communication.
Proven customer services experience and excellent telephone skills
Good IT & numeracy skills.
