Exciting contract opportunity within a successful private equity firm adapting to growth in the business. Based in the Green Park area of Mayfair, close to Green Park or Bond Street stations.

Operations Manager / Office Manager Duties:

HR:
• Recruitment: advertising roles, screening applicants, liaising with agencies and managing offer process
• Organising new starter inductions, issuing contracts, legislation checks
• Streamlining processes such as onboarding/offboarding
• HR administration: starters/leavers, absences/holidays/sickness, managing the company benefits scheme
• Supporting senior management with staff development/training initiatives
Operations:
• Organising meetings, events, conferences and staff functions
• Overseeing the day to day smooth running of the office
• Organising travel for colleagues
• Managing external service providers and negotiating contracts
• Sourcing/purchasing supplies and office equipment
• Working with the IT team, trouble-shooting any issues
• Organising staff training
• General administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing

We are looking for an experienced individual with the following attributes;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 4/5 years’ experience within an operations or office management role
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to hit the ground running, pick up new systems and process quickly
• Personable, polished and reliable
