Fast-paced Team Coordinator position available – you will be joining a team supporting client projects for some of the world’s leading businesses, ensuring clients receive first-class communication and experience a seamless process. We are looking for a bright, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic who loves being part of a supportive, successful team. Ideally you will have gained 18 months to 3 years’ experience in a Team Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Team PA role.

Duties include:

Main point of contact for internal colleagues and external stakeholders
Booking travel, accommodation and transport
General administrative and project support
Processing and set up of new client bookings
Scheduling and set up of high volume of client appointments
Updating availability in calendars
Setup of financial system for clients
Processing POs and client invoices

Person Specification:

Strong communication, organisation and planning skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong client facing skills
Motivated, flexible and adaptable
