Are you an experienced Events Fundraiser? Are you an excellent communicator with project management skills? Do you have a solid track record marketing and delivering successful mass participation activity?

Our client is looking for a Mass Participation Manager with extensive experience project managing mass participation events to join their successful and growing Fundraising Events & Mass Participation Team. The post holder will help to deliver the charities mass participation events portfolio through maximising the value of existing products as well as test new concepts with the objective of developing new and sustainable income streams. Working closing with External Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders the successful applicant will take these events to market via high impact, integrated brand and event marketing campaigns.

About you:
• Experience project managing multiple mass participation events
• Experience developing and launching to market new mass participation concepts
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, including relationships with agencies
• Extensive experience planning, managing and evaluating event day logistics
• Experience preparing and managing budgets
• Proven experience developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies and communication plans
