Temp-to-Perm Receptionist

We are urgently recruiting for a temp-to-perm Receptionist for an innovative software company based in Holborn. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the business on a temporary basis to trial the Receptionist/Administrator position, and if successful be offered the role permanently.

This is a highly successful software firm who work with some of the largest global retailers, and are a well-established brand in the industry.

As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Meeting & greeting clients
• Answering incoming calls, and taking messages appropriately
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Ensuring meeting rooms are set up/cleared away as necessary
• Ordering lunches
• Administering incoming/outgoing post
• Ensuring front of house kept presentable, and all running smoothly
• Assisting Office Manager with overflow of ad hoc administrative duties

The successful candidate will have strong receptionist skills, and great attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial.
