The post holder will provide organisational level management of key strategic donor partnerships,
support in the development and delivery of donor engagement strategies for new strategic donors and explore partnership opportunities. Lead the development and revision of resource development policies, resources and ways of working for this international charity and their network members.
Develop a strong understanding of the commercial contracting market, key players and trends, and support improved knowledge in these areas internally. Including networking and build relationships with identified organisations active in commercial contracting with a view to developing new partnership opportunities.

About you:
• Demonstrable experience developing and managing of large complex programmes.
• Previous experience of managing donor compliance requirements for large, complex contracts.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex contractual requirements clearly to stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge.
• Experience of monitoring and evaluating programmes to assess their impact and extract learning.
• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to not only collate and report on financial data but to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Proven track record in risk mitigation and management by applying analytical skills and a proactive approach to understand issues and find solutions.
• Able and willing to travel overseas.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish desirable.
