Telephonist with Front Of House Duties

Do you have an excellent telephone manner with exceptional customer service skills?

This is an on-going temp role (minimum one month), for a luxury car showroom in their stunning flagship dealership in Mayfair.

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming queries via telephone and provide first class customer service to clients.

This is not a high volume call handling position, and the successful temp will be professional, articulate and confident on the phone! Proactively dealing with all incoming queries and representing the brand to the best of their ability at all times.
