Operations Administrator

Do you have strong attention to detail? Are you seeking a new and challenging role as an administrator? Why not today!!

The role

You will provide administrative services to the staff responsible for the management of data entry, ensuring that all contents are kept updated, solving basic enquiries and escalating others to the relevant management or help-desk.

You will have the ability to plan effectively, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with stakeholders both internally, externally and in an online environment at all levels
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, with excellent analytical and organisation skills
• Experience of web and other online communication tools (Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
is desirable)
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, such as filing and record keeping
• Experience of managing supportive relationships with stakeholders (Experience using Salesforce is desirable)
• Experience of working in the charity / not-for-profit sector is desirable
