TITLE: Team Resourcer and Administrator

LOCATION: London, West End

SALARY: £21,000 to £24,000 (Experience dependant)

Description:

Are you a professional, outgoing and hardworking individual looking for a new role? Do you have some experience in recruitment and would be interested in developing your skills in a boutique agency in the west end?

The company are looking for someone to support the temporary team with all administrative duties, as well as resource new candidates for roles. The company will train and support you in your career development, so if you are looking for a career in recruitment, but with little experience, this could be the perfect role for you!

Main Duties:

Resourcing -

To source, register, keep in contact with and provide an efficient service to candidates. There must be an ongoing effort to attract new general candidates for our roles as well as sourcing for specific live roles.
To plan and execute candidate attraction strategies including advertising, promotional activities and exploiting all existing resources within the organisation to fill vacancies.
To vet candidates through a full telephone interview, inform them of prospective positions, and to brief them in full before interview and to receive feedback post interview.
To book in candidates for consultants depending on their needs.
To maintain regular candidate contact and update all availability details on the database.
Administration and Guest relation -

To complete all relevant office administration in line with company procedures.
To ensure all candidate information is formatted, up to date and maintained from personal details, to compliance forms and test results.
Create a detailed candidate profile with full write up and keywords added onto the database on the day of registration.
To provide admin support to the consultants as and when is needed including writing CV Commentaries and accurately scheduling client interviews, sending confirmations and all associated logistics. They may also need assistance with day to day diary management.
To obtain accurate job descriptions, and flexible person specifications from clients when needed by senior consultants/directors.
To meet and greet visitors to the office when required in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:

Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment / sales / research / customer service
Educated to A level or degree level (or equivalent)
Computer literacy
