This is an enviable opportunity for a star EA to join a small but growing and highly successful private equity fund based in stunning offices near Knightsbridge.
You will be providing a wide range of Director level EA support to Executives across the business and have the ability to work for multiple parties and to build strong relationships to provide a seamless EA service.
Your duties will include:
• Extensive and complex diary management for Directors and Teams
• Booking International travel across time zones
• Proactively managing any changes to schedule at short notice and all associated logistics
• Reconcile and process expenses
