Senior Fundraising Account Manager

£28k - £35k (DOE)

We are currently working as a recruitment partner for this events company who provide a bespoke service to support charities increase the income they raise at their special (fundraising) events. We are looking for a Senior Fundraising Account Manager to join their team and oversee fundraising partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and liaising with clients, internal and external teams to ensure a successful delivery of fundraising auctions, bespoke to each client's needs

Key Duties:

Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, other charities and event companies
Liaising with clients regarding event requirements
Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. auction event list, time lines, venues, suppliers, staffing)
Fundraising Manager for event auctions
Identifying and securing speakers or special guests
Handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
In charge of delivering good customer care service post event by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients

Person Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of managing client accounts and running events
High level of computer skills including word processing and design (Adobe Photoshop)
Ability to work in a team/work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding and importance of professionalism and confidentiality
Please note you may be required to work weekends and evenings with this role, and it is imperative that you hold a full clean driving license
