A leading charity is seeking an Events Administrator to join their growing Events team. You will be responsible for supporting a busy events team with administration, queries and on-the-day logistics.
You will be working with colleagues in various teams, supporting the team from initial enquires through to a final thank you. Providing first class customer service is essential.
Skills, knowledge and experience
To be successful, you must have demonstrable experience of successfully organising a wide variety of administrative tasks; you should also have an excellent telephone manner and great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop positive working relationships with a range of internal and external contacts.
You will have the ability to use databases and Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as a good standard of numeracy, in order to keep accurate financial records.
