Receptionist | London | £10-12.00 per hour

Innovative property company based in the City of London require a flexible temp who would be able to cover their Reception throughout the year on an ad hoc basis – covering holidays and sickness.

You will be based front of house within a corporate environment, working with one other, supporting an incredibly busy team with answering calls, meeting and greeting, taking messages/transferring, receiving deliveries, arranging taxis/cars, booking meeting rooms, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, organising refreshments, teas/coffees, running errands and undertaking all administrative tasks to help run an efficient front of house.

You must have previous receptionist experience working within a busy environment, have excellent communication and someone who can liaise at all levels with ease. It is essential that you will be available on an ad hoc basis throughout the year. You must also have experience of using Outlook or a similar room booking system, be intermediate levels using MS Word and Excel.
