Corporate company based in the West End seeks a first class Receptionist to work within a busy front of house role, supporting a fast paced office.
Duties will include, greeting and meeting, making teas/coffees, booking meeting rooms, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, answering and transferring calls, taking messages, receiving deliveries, developing relationships with guests and taking ownership of giving a first class front of house service to everyone that you come into contact with, whilst representing the company.
You must have previous front of house Receptionist experience, be to intermediate levels using Outlook, Word, other databases and also be available on an ongoing ad-hoc basis (a career temp with long term availability would be ideal for this role).
