Team Administrator/PA - London

My client is looking for a Team Administrator to join their busy and growing Business Services Team to provide support to assist with the smooth running of the team. They have fantastic offices in the City close to Bank station and a strong culture.

What will this role include?

• Secretarial/PA support to the Partners and team members.
• Produce accounts and management reports, which include financial statements, in a timely manner.
• Responsible for raising bills, as and when required.
• Proactively manage partner and director diaries and whereabouts.
• Assisting with the organisation of team meetings and social events.

Are you the right fit?

You will have previous experience as an Administrator and PA. Accuracy is a very important trait for this role along with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. If you are a confident and friendly individual with a can do attitude, please apply.
