My client is based in the heart of the City and they are looking for an Administrator to join their busy and growing Business Services team to provide administrative and secretarial support.
This is such a varied role and some of the key aspects of this role are:
*To proactively manage partner and director diaries and whereabouts.
*To produce accounts and management reports, which include financial statements.
*To be responsible for raising bills, as and when required.
*To assist with the organisation of team meetings and social events.
*Assisting with presentations and meetings.
*Provide a first class service to clients and being the first point of contact.
*Working on ad hoc projects
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied and hands on role where you will be part of a sociable and down to earth team. You will have an excellent eye for detail, be a whizz with MS office packages and enjoy being kept busy! Previous administration/PA experience is a must for this role.
