Working within a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing financial marketing business. As the Team Assistant, you will be confident and extremely well organised with excellent customer service skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative will be crucial for this role as you will need to be able to think on your feet and juggle conflicting demands.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Provide support to colleagues, including, meeting coordination, room bookings, preparing documents and presentation, taking meeting minutes and managing correspondence
• Responsible for new joiner inductions and training schedules
• Prepare and proof read documents thoroughly before distribution internally and externally
• Meet and greet visitors, manage incoming email correspondence and answer the mainline telephone
• Responsible for coordinating day to day administration duties
• Responsible for managing the charitable activities and social calendar
• Inputting, updating, coding and extracting information from the database to assist in the search process
• Diary management
