Maine Charity is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading trade association based in Central London looking for an Executive Assistant to work with their CEO.
Main duties will include:
- Diary management; including scheduling meeting, travel and conferences
- Answering and directing calls
- Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, and post
- Reading and analysing submissions, letters, agendas, and determining significance; routing to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparing responses on behalf of the CEO to letters, or correspondence via email
- Preparing Board papers, reports, including PowerPoint presentations
