PA to CEO /Directors

Do you have solid Secretarial skills and a down to earth working style? Are you based in easy reach of South East London?

A brilliant new position has become available for an experienced PA to work for a Housing Association in South London. You will be looking after the CEO in his daily activities while also having the ability to apply to become the PA manager.

You will be responsible for supporting the CEO & Directors, liaising with external and internal stakeholders to identify where value can be added, providing expert knowledge, skills and interventions to influence, challenge and achieve the goals and targets set by the company. You will also be responsible for the facilities management for the organisation and all general PA duties such as communicating on the CEOs behalf, diary management, meetings and minutes, document preparation and much more.

You will also be responsible to lead, manage and motivate your team, monitor sick leave and absence reports and operate within a performance management framework to ensure that all service objections are met using the best principals and values.

This is no ordinary role, it is an extremely busy, varied and diverse. We are looking for someone who is a grafter and enjoys a dynamic versatile role.
